Qualification and experience assessment
We review candidates' resumes, diplomas, and licenses to verify their qualifications and experience. We also request videos and images of their work to confirm their skills and job capability.

We conduct a thorough screening of all workers before their arrival in Croatia. For every worker, we request work samples and qualifications to ensure the right people are coming. When we find the right worker, we give you the opportunity to speak with them, if you wish, before they arrive in Croatia.
The arrival time depends on the country the worker is coming from. Workers from neighboring countries arrive within a maximum of 2 months, while workers from countries like India, Nepal, the Philippines, etc., arrive within 3-6 months.
With an agency, you take the responsibility off your shoulders and avoid most of the hassles around employees. Finding workers, handling paperwork, and managing finances take a lot of time, and legal security is not always guaranteed.
