Employee Leasing

Temporary employment is a cooperation model in which Empower Edge signs a Worker Leasing Agreement with the client, while signing an Employment Contract with the workers. This means that the worker performs their job at the client’s company under agreed conditions and work organisation, while Empower Edge is their formal employer.

The agency handles the entire administrative and legal side of employment – from pension and health insurance registration, keeping employment records, to calculating and paying salaries.

It is important to emphasize that the client must ensure that the salary and all working conditions for the leased worker are equal to those the worker would receive if employed directly by the client.
